Sales and Support Engineer

As a Sales and Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a positive experience for new potential leads and for current customers;
  • Identifying sales opportunities and reporting to Team Leader;
  • Helping customers find a solution that is best tailored to their needs and requirements;
  • Creating and conducting product presentations;
  • Preparing pricing quotes, invoices and renewal offers using a CRM system;
  • Handling customers’ minor technical issues and providing assistance on X-Formation products;
  • Cooperating with developers and customers in order to solve technical issues;
  • Performing analysis of the practical needs of customers;
  • Improving customer satisfaction.

 What we require:

  • Proactive and customer-oriented personality suitable for building successful relations with customers;
  • IT background (eg. IT courses, education related to computer science or any technical college);
  • Advanced English (strong written and verbal communication skills);
  • Ability to analyze error logs and servers’ outputs;
  • Negotiations skills;
  • Ability to identify and solve customers’ needs before and after the sales process in order to maintain great customer satisfaction;
  • Analytical skills needed to be able to find opportunities and develop potential leads;
  • High level of commitment, motivation, and creativity;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Sales experience (B2B sales preferred);
  • Knowledge of German, French or Spanish language is a plus;
  • Basic licensing knowledge would be an asset;
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred);
  • Using Linux OS (a plus);
  • Knowledge of MySQL.
