For our client, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
ServiceNow Architect
Location: remote Branch: project in electronics sectorJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 6 months with possible extensionRate: up to 188/228 PLN/h net on B2B (depending on experience)Start date: ASAPWorking hours: standardRemote work: 100% remote work

Tech stack:ServiceNow, VA Chat, Flow Designer, ITIL
Project:Project for a large client from the IT / Electronics sector
What will you do:
  • Able to design and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms based on business requirements.
  • Able to created full project documentation (HLD, LLD) and build implementation plans
  • Proven end2end ownership of the implementation project.
  • Able to deliver architectual concepts on Enterprise level (ServiceNow as a key element of larger module)
  • Can create scoped applications and troubleshoot custom scoped applications.
  • Has worked with VA Chat, including setting up a VA Chat, creating/editing topics. Is able to create and troubleshoot VA Chat Integrations.
  • Has worked with and implemented ServiceNow Mobile Application.
  • Expert level knowledge in Service Catalog and Request Fullfilment.
  • Experienced in creating Flows and subflows, including setting integrations via FLOW Designer.
  • CMDB experience both in implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Proven skills in ServiceNow scripting.
  • Working with highly customized ServiceNow Platforms.
  • Working with Widgets, including troubleshooting and customizing.
  • Reliable and self-managing person, comfortable with both Agile sprint work and Kanban work.
  • Able to provide alternative technical solutions or guidance.
  • Has understanding of ITIL processes (at least on a base-level).
  • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations including tables, fields, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Has a proven experience within ServiceNow integrations with other third-party systems and applications using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Is able to perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.
  • Can create technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.

What we expect from you:
  • 7+ 
    years of commercial experience:
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect is a plus.
  • Mainline Certification if CSA, CAD and at least 4 other CIS Implementation certifications
  • TOGAF certification is a plus.
  • 9+ years of Experience:
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect is a must.
  • Mainline Certification if CSA, CAD and at least 4 other CIS Implementation certifications
  • TOGAF certification is a must
  • Very good command of spoken and written English (min. C1)

What would be a plus:Higher education in the field of computer science, mathematics or related
