RCM Business Analyst

Currently for our big pharma Client we are looking for Candidates for the position of: Risk & Compliance Management Business Analyst

Location: Poznań (preferably 2 days of work per week in the Poznań office)

Type of contract: B2B only

Length of the contract: 6~9months with a possibility to extension

Rate: open for proposals

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: elastic business hours in the PL timezone

The recruitment process: 2 stages

Project:

The Client is currently in a key process - transitioning from the Archer tool to SeviceNow in the risk & compliance team, which is at the intersection of business and tech.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating data clean-up project – collecting data, monitoring and reporting progress, providing reminders and instructions to data owners, communicating status

• Cooperation with multiple internal and external stakeholders from different levels

• Master data management

• Working on data migration

• Conducting application testing (end user perspective)

• Preparing comms materials and users instructions

• Preparing training materials

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in IT business analysis or a related role

• Governance, risk and compliance management knowledge and experience is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field

• Excellent communication skills (stakeholders from different levels in the organization)

• Fluent English speaker (all comms, written and spoken, in English)

• Determination in problem solving

• Self-driven and willing to learn quickly, search for information and operate with a minimum direction

• Attention to details but with ability to see a “big picture”

• Advanced knowledge of Power Point, Excel (reporting/managing data) and Word

• Knowledge of Teams and SharePoint

• Knowledge of SDLC
